Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing our “Did You Know?” series—short, impactful insights that highlight:

As more women enter the profession and rise through the ranks, men will increasingly find themselves working alongside female peers — and being supervised by female leaders. That reality isn’t a threat to the profession. It’s a strength.

SCWLE believes progress happens when everyone understands the challenges, expectations, and leadership dynamics that shape today’s law enforcement environment.
